Wow! Is it difficult to detach gold/yellow vase for the catcher? I see a lot of glaze run down. "Hammer time"?

That's an impressive output - how many kiln loads like that make up a truck load?

Jim:
Excellent kiln load- see some pretty impressive sized crystals on the front two pieces. The front is TiO2 and MnO? Like the color variations across the length; gives it a unique look. Crystal size on the gold piece is what? 4-5"? Hard to discern from pics. Right above the shoulder of the gold/orange piece is an off white with bronze crystals- got a close up of that one? Will be posting the results of my cone 6 recipe later tonight or tomorrow- if I can get photobucket to place them. Going to fire my first vertical piece tonight, so if you hear yelling coming from the woods: that would be me. You going to do a load of silver soon?

Those reds are lookin real nice!
I got a piece from a fellow forum member a while back that looks like the bottom half of the one in front. I like the color combo.
Maybe the scale is all off in my head but those mugs look ginormous!

the gas kiln has been getting some sweet reds . flame impingement dissolves the crystals sometimes but creates some outrageous reds
