I know this has discussed before but I'm searching for better ways to use my 644. It used to just be rock hard but over time my 644 has morphed into diamond like material. Anyone have ideas on how to get it into powdered form?Other than warm water or destroying a blender?

I use a ball mill for mine. Set it and forget it! kind of...
Has anyone tried lightly heating it? What about trying to put it in a light organic acid solution (vinegar)? I've been wanting to experiment with these ideas, but haven't had the time.

Hi Jim - the ball mill works, but it takes a surprisingly long time and i can only mill about 500g at a time due to my jars. Not knowing what the exact mechanism for the agglomeration is, it would be nice to have a method to make more softer, faster.
