yes, the font size can be increased.
When you are typing in your text, there is an option just to the left of the 'font color' button.
if you need an image to show you where it is, let me know, and I will make one.

it might be a little more in-depth, but I'll look into seeing if i can get the default font size to be a little bigger.
You can also increase the entire size of your browser window by pressing on the keyboard 'cntrl' and the '+' key. It should be the equivalent of cntrl on a mac i believe.

I tried it before but the size reverted to the default when it posted. Maybe I didn't save it first. Italics stays but font reverts to default.

i made the overall default text size from 10pt to 12pt. Is that cool? It made the default text across the whole site that way tho... the 'ctrl' + '+' in the browser is prolly a good way to go if you need it bigger. ps. I like mine really really tiny. That way I can see everything all at once
