Hi Kera:
Welcome to the crystal rodeo. Very nice form. and if this pic represents your start: you have a bright future. Be sure to read Avi's tips in the beginners only section. What drew you to the satin/matte finish?

Hi tileman2 , thanks but I break some pots to finally get that one and for me its not easy to repeat, I think is the charge on the kiln, well charged works better but sometimes the crystalls run out, im from Spain, admirer of Jose Mariscal work, I read an article of him a few months ago in a magazine I love it and I start to experiment for my self on my older Kiln, I got two problems, the kiln canĀ“t reach high temperatures faster and I can't find Ferro frit on Spain, so in this glass there is no frit, just the normal amounts of cuarz, zinc, some amount of clay, lithium carbonate and calcic carbonate, for the color I just use copper carbonate in that one.
Now I buy a secondhand kiln, it reach high temperatures in hours and I find Ferro Frit 3110 i want to start experimentation.
I finish Art and Crafts school five years ago, i was learning also a year of tradicional pottery forms on the weel and now I feel capable to trhow porcelain, there is one of my first results, its just a small pot but im proud
Apologize for my English
