Well here is the result, This is my first time using porcelain, first time mixing glazes and first time using glaze catchers. Much learned! Cone 10 community reduction kiln with natural cool worked best with this nickle oxide glaze. Looks like it wanted to form crystals and I can see some starting to form. I’m not sure if it’s worth trying to tweek this glaze or try something different with a cone 6 recipe where I might be able to do a hold. My gut feeling would be to experiment with Cone 6. Not much success yet but I’m hooked. Since I have some surviving cone 10 glaze catchers, would it be ok to use them in a cone 6 kiln? How many times can they be reused? Thank you all for sharing your knowledge always grateful for input and advice. Here is a picture of my cute/ugly pot LOL drive.google.com/file/d/1UWTPSBqjEnvkCHinqCluofj5izOEHYlM/view?usp=drivesdk
